Your only recourse is to revert to the vendor. From the message the vendor has sold you licences that they have sold previously to others. These licences sometimes work for a long period or a short period or as in your case not at all. Thanks for your feedback. I have done this previously with many PCs and have not had issues so I don't think it is related to the re-image of the machine.

Does anyone have any ideas, or questions to further specify? Try following this method to remove the license from the computer and then see if the activation sticks. Another possibility is you are out of activations for that key - the Business Center website should show you if that's the case.
