In this article we are going to learn how to make transparent background in Inkscape. There are many reasons why you need to make background transparent. If you want to put the put a subject or logo for example on to another image or you want to use it as a watermark. Or you might have taken the shot on a green screen background which is bound to be replaced by the scene you want to portray.
So even if the image is same and when you make the background transparent it has different effect on different backgrounds. So, whatever the use case maybe we will start by removing background using multiple techniques in Inkscape. Start Your Free Design Course.
